Charing Cross Library is situated in the heart of theatreland in London's West End.

It is a busy library serving residents, commuters and the local Chinese community; the building also houses the Chinese Library.

There is a music collection with a wide range of CDs, there are frequent Employment Advice sessions, and regular sessions for the Under 5s are held in the library.

Stepped access symbol. There are 3 steps and a handrail at the entrance. Most of the music collection and non-fiction books are situated on the first floor. Access is via a staircase (17 steps) with handrails.
