The City Council is opposed to the Mayor of London’s congestion charging scheme.
Your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) is reduced to £60 if you pay within 14 calendar days from the date on the notice. Failure to pay the penalty charge within 28 calendar days will incur a penalty of £180.
Drivers entering or travelling within the London zone between 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday will have to pay a daily charge of £8.
