CONGESTION CHARGING INFORMATION
This car park is INSIDE the Congestion Charging Zone.
The congestion charge is operated by Transport for London (not Westminster City Council). We have two car parks conveniently located outide the zone: Park Lane / Marble Arch and St. John's Wood. Payment information can be found on the Transport for London website.
SEASON TICKETS
Season tickets for our car parks are available on a quarterly or annual basis, and can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tickets can be shared with friends, family or colleagues. Visit our season ticket page for further information or call 0207 641 2065 now.
OTHER INFORMATION
To remove a car from Cramer St during closing hours, the customer must dial 0207 486 4509 and pay a £25 out of hours release fee, plus the standard tariff for the time spent in the car park.
Motorcyclists can park for free in dedicated motorcycle bays in Westminster City Council Car Parks. Motorcyclists should drive around the barrier to enter the car park. Car park attendants will be able to advise on the location of motorcycle parking spaces.
