How do I apply?
There are 3 ways to apply:
1. Download the application form below.
2. Call our 24 hour parking information line on 020 7823 4567 to request an application form by post.
3. Visit one of our One Stop Services and pick one up.
Before completing the application form, please read the instructions carefully. If you give us the wrong information it may delay the processing of your permit request.

Send your completed application (with relevant documents and payment) to:
Westminster Resident Permit Applications, PO Box 991, Westbrook, Warrington, WA4 9EF
What to enclose in your postal application pack:
- completed application form
- relevent copies of documentation
- cheque made payable to 'City of Westminster' (please write your name and address on the back of the cheque)
- DO NOT SEND CASH
In Person
Visit any of the our One Stop Services. Your application will be dealt with while you wait as long as supporting documentation is present and in order.
What we will need from you to process your application:
- completed application form
- relevent orginal documentation
- form of payment - cash, cheque, debit or credit card (we do not accept American Express or Diners Cards)
