Apply to speak at a planning committee meeting

Members of the public are welcome to register to speak about specific applications at planning committee meetings. View committee calendar for times, dates and locations of meetings.

Applications are open to speak at the Strategic Planning Committee on Tuesday 21 January 2025 and will close at midday on Friday 17 January 2025.

Please note that your request will not be processed if the application to speak at the Planning Application Sub-Committee is made after the Online Register close at midday.

Consent

If the number of requests to speak about a particular item on the agenda exceeds the maximum number of speaking slots, we will share your name and contact details with other like-minded speakers so that you can confer between you to decide who will speak on your behalf, or whether you wish to share the time between you. If no decision is made the speakers will be chosen via ballot.

If you do not agree to your personal contact information being shared, we will not be able to offer you the opportunity to speak if the agenda item is oversubscribed.
