We are pleased to inform you about a new service that we are trialling in the Bayswater and Westbourne Park area.
Tenants and leaseholders living on the Brunel and Wessex Gardens estates, as well as homes on the Great Western Road, to report repairs in person at our Bayswater Housing Office, in Shrewsbury Road, W2 5PR.
Simply walk in to report your repair and our team will be happy to assist you. The office is open on Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
What’s different
We have 8 housing offices across Westminster, where residents can get advice and support on housing issues. While residents can get advice on their repair at any of our offices, teams cannot currently log or process repair requests at our other offices.
Why this service?
We understand that sometimes it’s easier to explain a problem in person. This new service is here to:

Make reporting easier: You can come in at a time convenient for you, without the need for an appointment.

Provide better support: By discussing your repair concerns face-to-face with our team, we can better understand the issue and ensure a quicker response.
What’s next?
The project is now up and running and will last for around 9 months, after which we will determine whether to expand this service to other locations in the borough.
