Change your disabled badge details
When and how to make changes to your disabled badge details.
If you're changing your vehicle or moving house, you can update the details on your permit online by logging into your account. Once you have logged in, select ‘My Account’ and then the permit you would like to amend.
For permanent changes of vehicle, you will need to return your current badge by post to Westminster Parking Services, PO Box 353, Sheffield, S98 1ER to complete the change.
You can also request a change by completing the application form below and posting it to us along with your current badge to the above address.
If you would like the form sent to you, need help with your application, or need temporary cover, please contact parking services.
If you're under the age of 18, your application must be completed and signed by an adult.

Your badge
You will receive your badge by post. Please return your white badge with your application.
