About the service
The Doctor Hickey Surgery offers a range of clinics and services, from long-term conditions and health care clinics to vaccinations and doctor's sick notes.
How to access the service
Visit the GP surgery to collect a registration form. You cannot currently register using the NHS website.
GP address: 3-7 Arneway Street, SW1P 2BG.
You will need to bring one form of identification.
Forms of identification accepted are:
- passport and/or birth certificate
- HC2 certificate
- mortgage agreement
- utility bill
- driving licence
- rough sleepers' identity badge
- hostel registration/mail forwarding letter
