Families and Communities Employment Service (FACES)

About the service

The Families and Communities Employment Service (FACES) offers professional and friendly one-to-one support for work, training, or education.

They aim to deliver a holistic approach to families and young people who want to get into work and/or education.

The service often works with those who have been out of work for long periods, young people, those with a history of mental health, and those facing generational worklessness.

FACES aims to help clients by signposting them where applicable and breaking down any potential barriers preventing them from working or attending school.
