About the service

FFLAG(link is external) is a national voluntary organisation and registered charity dedicated to supporting parents, families, and their LGBT+ family members.

FFLAG offers support to local parent groups and contacts in their efforts to help parents and families understand, accept and support their lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender family members with love and pride. FFLAG volunteers are parents of lesbian, gay, bisexual or trans children.

These young people and their families face serious homophobia and transphobia in our society, which brings in its wake prejudice, bullying and alienation.

FFLAG provides a central point for information exchange between parent groups and local parent contacts through online and print publications.
