About the service

IKWRO is a specialist charity organisation offering advice, advocacy, counselling, safe accommodation and support for women and girls of Middle Eastern origin who are still oppressed in the UK from highly patriarchal cultures. They offer support, particularly to Farsi, Kurdish, Arab, Turkish and Dari-speaking women who have been affected or who are experiencing domestic violence, forced marriages, female genital mutilation and “honour" killings.

How to access the service

The service can accept referrals from your GP or other professionals, or you can refer yourself by completing an online form or by contacting them directly.

Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5:30pm.
