Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster Memory Service

About the service

Memory services provide assessment and diagnosis of dementia and provide ongoing support and information to people with memory problems and their carers.

Memory services are specialist services for people of any age who may be experiencing memory difficulties, including early-onset dementia. There is no upper or lower age limit for memory services, so they will assess and work with people of any age who may have or suspect they have memory problems.

How to access the service

If the programme can help, you will be invited to attend the first phase. Before you start, the service will contact your partner or ex-partner to offer her support as well.
