About the service

Crisis Cove is a drop-in service where residents of the boroughs can go if they are experiencing a mental health crisis.

Crisis Cove is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for individuals facing daily mental health challenges or difficulties. Their goal is to provide immediate support to service users, helping them reduce their anxiety and manage crises as they arise.

Crisis Cove offers:

  • a safe, welcoming space and a listening ear
  • one-to-one support to help you to find the best path forward
  • support developing your safety plan for the next day and longer-term plans, which could involve contact with statutory services
  • support to find and access other services in your area that interest you
  • drop-in crisis support
  • hot drink and a snack

You can also contact CNWL Single Point of Access on 0800 0234 650 for support to complete a referral.

Crisis Cove is open to residents aged 16 and over living in the City of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Availability

Monday to Sunday between 2am and 10pm, 365 days a year.
