About the service

Marylebone Project Hostel accommodation(link is external) is a 45-bed project for female rough sleepers over 18 years old with two or more identified support needs.

There are 20 spaces for general needs (for example, two support needs), 20 beds for multiple needs (history of complex trauma/chaotic lifestyle), and five mental health beds (CPA in place). The project provides 24/7 support and dedicated support workers.

How to access the service

‘The Sanctuary’ is open 24/7, 365 days for female rough sleepers.

Referrals must be completed by an approved Westminster City Council referral agency (for example, rough sleeping services, JHT, Westminster Single Assessment Referral Panel, CMHTs, Passage).

Please send referrals using the Marylebone Project Referral and Assessment form or the BBS referral form to referrals@churcharmy.org.uk(link sends email). The email header must clearly state the unit to which the applicant is referred.
