About the service

Open Age provides opportunities for members to take part in meaningful activities, strengthen their sense of community, rediscover old hobbies, find new ones, make new friends, and, most of all, have fun! By doing this, OpenAge can combat loneliness and isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of older Londoners.

How to access the service

The service can accept referrals from

• other professionals

You can also refer yourself by completing an online form or by contacting them directly.
