Queen's Mary Hostel accommodation
About the service
Queen Mary's is a hostel that accommodates up to 49 single homeless women with mental health issues who require medium to high support. 16 of the rooms are self-contained flats.
The project has a garden and four lounges (one on each floor) where service users can cook their meals, watch TV, and socialise. Weekly activities include coffee morning, knitting group, newspaper group, and film group.
How to access the service
Referrals for mental health beds must come via named agencies that are notified of vacancies. Five emergency beds are available by phone after 5pm. Services can fill out the referral form on the Single Access Referral Panel (SARP) and risk assessment. Proof of ID will be needed.
