About the service

Rainbow Migration supports lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer and intersex (LGBTQI+) people through the asylum and immigration system.
If you are already in the UK and are thinking of or have already applied for asylum, Rainbow Migration can advise you confidentially and free of charge on all aspects of the asylum process.

Rainbow Migration can give guidance on how to apply for asylum, how to prepare for your interviews with the Home Office and how to gather evidence for your application.

They can also advise you if the Home Office has refused your application and you are appealing in the Immigration Tribunals or trying to make a fresh application based on new evidence. If you are worried about how your lawyer handles your case, you can also contact Rainbow Migration to discuss this.
