About the service

Unfold has mentoring programmes that can empower you to achieve your goals. Driven by highly trained volunteer mentors, Unfold offers support that works for lasting change.

Unfold has three main programmes:

• Broadening Horizons - The Broadening Horizons programme offers mentoring for young people aged 10 – 25. Young people are matched with a mentor who meets with them weekly.
• Mentoring for Mums - This programme is for women with children aged five and up. It’s a great programme for women who are looking to make a positive change in their lives.
• Women's Support Group - Their weekly women’s support groups are safe spaces where women can come and make friends and build supportive networks.
