Urgent, bereavement and domestic abuse support

Life can be difficult at times, and you might need some extra support to get through it.

Whether you, a friend, a family member, a client or a colleague are facing a crisis, a loss, or an abusive situation, you don't have to go through it alone. Many services can help you cope and overcome your challenges.

These services include:

  • emergency help and crisis support: Instant help for mental and emotional crises, providing 24/7 phone lines, crisis response, and urgent therapeutic support.
  • bereavement support: Services that assist you with coping with loss and grief counselling. The support may be given through support groups, one-to-one support, and resources.
  • domestic violence help and support: Confidential aid for people facing domestic violence, legal help, and continuous support services.
  • mental health advice and support: Services that can support you with your well-being.
