Westminster Family Information Service
About the service
Westminster Family Information Service is a free, confidential, and impartial information, advice, and signposting service for children and young people aged 0 to 19 (or up to 25 for those with additional needs), their families, and the professionals who work with them.
The service offers guidance and information about:
- nurseries and childminders
- funded early education and childcare, and help towards childcare costs
- family hubs (children's centres) and library services
- careers in childcare: becoming a childminder
- out-of-school-hours clubs
- activities and services for children, young people, and families.
