Westminster Talking Therapies

About the service

Westminster Talking Therapies(link is external) is an NHS mental health service that supports those with mild or moderate mental health difficulties such as anxiety, stress, low mood and depression. The service provides a range of free and confidential talking therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and counselling.

How to access the service

The service can accept referrals from:

  • your GP
  • another health professional

If you are over 16, you can also refer yourself by completing an online form(link is external) or contacting them directly.

Availability

  • Monday to Thursday between 8am and 8pm.
  • Friday between 8am and 5pm.
