Your Housing Team

We have a team of Housing Officers across Westminster whose job it is to help you with any housing related issues. Our Housing Officers are on hand to support you with any housing management issues you might have such as signing up for a tenancy and managing your ongoing tenancy, assisting with mutual exchanges, dealing with nuisance or referring you to and liaising with support agencies.

Our Housing Officers also carry out regular inspections of the area you live in. A schedule of these inspections will be on local notice boards and is available on our Estate Inspections page. Please feel free to attend any of these inspections and talk to your local Housing Officer.
