Housing satisfaction surveys
We conduct satisfaction surveys with our tenants and leaseholders to improve our services.
Satisfaction surveys
We want to hear what you think about our housing services and how we can make things better. One of the ways we do this is to carry out satisfaction surveys with our tenants and leaseholders. We employ Kwest, an independent market research company to carry out some of these surveys.
Housing Surveys provided by Kwest include:
- Transactional Surveys: These surveys cover in-flat repairs, anti-social behaviour, complaints and new tenancies and are conducted with residents who have recently used those services.
- Housing Management Survey: Each month, we randomly select 200 residents to participate in this survey. We ask a series of standard questions about a range of housing services to understand their satisfaction levels. The feedback we receive from tenants is used to calculate our annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures, introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing that are designed to monitor the performance of councils and housing associations.
To see how we have performed please visit our Tenant Satisfaction Measures page.
