Helping you with payments – financial support for our residents
We recently wrote to residents about how much you need to pay for rent and other charges this year. We know that money can be tough sometimes. So, if you're having trouble paying, we're here to help. Whether you rent from us or own your home, we've got options for you.
Help for Tenants
Rent Support Fund
Last year, we made a fund to help renters who were finding it hard to pay their rent. Since rents will go up again in April 2024, we've put aside an extra £1 million to keep helping. This fund is for people who rent from us and don't get all the money they need for rent from Universal Credit or Housing Benefit.
