Statement on video of incident outside McDonald's

Westminster City Council said:

 

“We are very concerned with this video and will be raising with McDonald's, as well as working with our rough sleeping partners to see what support we can offer to the individual.

“We do not condone such behaviour and will continue to support and work with any rough sleeper on our streets.”
