Before you start
To help us resolve the issue, we need to know:
- where you were when you heard the noise
- the location of the noise
- details of the noise (what it is or sounds like)
You do not need to share any evidence of the noise. This is because an officer needs to hear the noise themselves.
We never share your personal details with anyone outside of the council. This includes the person making the noise.
