Carers Network

About the service

Carers Network(link is external) is an independent local charity. The Network's vision is that every unpaid carer is recognised and leads a healthy, fulfilling life with control over their caring role.

Their work reaches over 7,000 unpaid carers in the City of Westminster's most isolated and deprived pockets, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Carers network provides a range of free, practical and personalised advice on a range of issues affecting unpaid carers, such as:

  • health and wellbeing
  • end-of-life carers
  • money and benefits
  • legal advice and help
  • employment and education
  • housing
  • long-term conditions
  • housing
  • long-term conditions
  • relationships.

How to access the service

If you are an adult unpaid carer supporting someone over 18 who lives in Westminster, you can access support by registering through their online form.(link is external)

Professionals working with carers can also refer them to the Carers Network by completing the online referral form.(link is external)
