Report your noise problem

Before you start

We need to know:

  • where you were when you heard the noise
  • where the noise is coming from
  • what the noise is or sounds like

This will help our officers to assess the noise.

You do not need to share any evidence of the noise. This is because an officer needs to hear the noise themselves.

We never share your personal details with anyone outside of the council. This includes the person making the noise.

If you would like to report a problem with a busker or street entertainer, do not use this page.
