Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan

If you are attending a ceremony at the Old Marylebone Town Hall and you or any of your guests require disabled access, please notify us at least 48 hours before the ceremony by submitting the information below.

On arrival, please notify the reception desk at the Town Hall, and an usher will lead you through the Sammy Ofer Centre (London Business School), which is located next to the Town Hall. The Centre has a lift enabling you to access the venue using your mobility aid/wheelchair.

Please be aware that we do not have a wheelchair available for you to use.

It would be helpful if you could arrive 40 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Does the individual have a hearing impairment?
Will the individual with the hearing impairment need assistance to evacuate?
Does the individual use a wheelchair?
Does the person use a manual or powered chair?
Can they transfer from a wheelchair to an evacuation chair?
Are they able to get down stairs and exit safely in an emergency?
Does the person use any other other mobility aids?
