Project outline
Security works are planned to Pickering House at the Hallfield Estate. The general scope of works include installation of the security gate, fencing and door entry systems.
The intention of these works is to improvement the safety and wellbeing of the residents and the properties.
Our contractor is currently developing more detailed plans for the works, and we anticipate they will be ready to begin on-site in 2025.
