We can perform and environmental search for a property to find out whether it may have caused some soil contamination.
We can perform an environmental search for your site for a fee of £100.
Our search includes:
- historic maps
- a formal letter describing previous land uses of the site
- confirmation that Westminster City Council is at the site prioritisation stage as per Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990
