Wharncliffe Gardens Repairs and Decorations (project AC103)

Westminster City Council is  carrying out external and internal repairs and decorations at the Wharncliffe Gardens estate, starting in early 2022. 

The scope of the work includes:

• Roofing repairs.
• Brickwork and concrete repairs.
• Internal communal decorations.
• Window replacement (not Winchelsea House/ Pinner Court).
• Replacement of flooring to all communal areas.
• Replacement of communal front entrance doors.
• External estate-wide repairs.

Please note that the project code is now AC103 (replacing AA102).
