The contact centre is closed on Wednesdays from 4pm for staff training.
If you need to report an emergency, please use the usual contact numbers, and an emergency option will be provided if available. For all other issues, please call back the next day, between 8am and 6pm.

British Sign Language users can contact us using a British Sign Language interpreter through the InterpretersLive! service, provided by Sign Solutions.
The service is available 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
