Overview
Our e-sourcing and Contact Management solution provides a simple, secure, and efficient way of managing procurement activity. It reduces the time and effort required for buyers and suppliers to bid on and award contracts for goods, services, or works.
Registration
Suppliers must register using our eSourcing Contract Management solution to contract with the council. Registration provides access to all available opportunities and enables a streamlined process for submitting bids. The opportunities available range from simple, low-value requests for quotes (RFQs) to high-value invitations to tender (ITT).
Contract management
Our procurement team, contract managers, and suppliers will use the solution to manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, whether by receiving notifications of key deadlines, managing contract performances through KPI scorecards, or engaging in any other contract management activity.
