Public procurement is the function of the government to purchase works, goods, and services for the public. As the Procurement and Commercial Services, we work with all parts of the council to procure the goods, works, supplies, and services required to deliver services for residents. We also support services, manage contracts, and ensure the council takes into account environmental, social and economic factors with our supply chain.

These web pages provide all the procurement information you need if you are a current or prospective supplier for the City of Westminster. We also have a bi-borough procurement function with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for Adults and Children's Services.
