Our eProcurement solution provides a simple, secure and efficient way of managing procurement activity, reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and suppliers.  

Suppliers need to register on the portal to contract with us. When they do, they will have instant access to view all available opportunities, supporting documentation, and a streamlined process for submitting bids. Opportunities range from simple low value request for quotes (RFQs), to high value invitations to tends (ITTs) for goods, services, or works. 

Westminster buyers can use the extended functionality of the system to manage the relationship with suppliers who are successful in winning opportunities. This includes managing contract performances through KPI scorecards, monitoring contract milestones, managing pricing and any other contract variations via the system.
