• Maps using Leaflet and Open Street Map. These were not in scope at the time of the accessibility audit and will be audited in due course.
• YouTube iframes without title attributes. We are currently working on this issue with the aim to resolve it so that our content editors can freely add consistently accessible YouTube embedded videos on the site.
• Empty links. This issue has come to our attention on this page and we are actively investigating.

We do not plan to add captions to live video streams because live video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.

Housing services live webchat forms do not at present meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. We are however, working closely with our software suppliers to undertake further design and testing. This will continue to be reviewed and updated.

We are committed to ensuring the current version of the MyWestminster account and digital card solution continues to meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. We are continuing to work closely with our Suppliers to test, and update the content.

Free school meals application process
The council is committed to ensuring our online services are accessible to all users.
The free school meals application process is working to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
To help us achieve and maintain our objective, we have commissioned The Digital Accessibility Centre (DAC) to conduct a WCAG 2.1 AA level compliance audit including extensive manual testing.
The services currently booked for testing are:

We anticipate the outcome of all tests to be complete by March 2023.
