Project update
The project is due to complete on 22 April 2025. The works went well and we would like to thank residents for their patience during this time.
The boardings will be taken down on the 22 April for residents to start enjoying the new communal area.
Defects letters are due to go out to all residents in the next couple of weeks. Snagging works are now taking place and due to be complete on 22 April, the portacabins will be removed off site week on this date as well.
New grass seeds will be planted to cover where the portacabins have been.
