Do you want to learn about Meditation but don't know where to start? Want to come into a safe space where you can practice?
Each week will be a unique experience, with teachings focused on different aspects of Meditation and a strong focus on how what you learn can be applied in daily life. The purpose of these sessions is to become familiar with your own inner radiance and freedom.
Do not worry if you can't attend every week; each session will be a standalone and perfectly complete teaching. You will get the opportunity to practice new ways of working with your thoughts, feelings, and perceptions and to experience an effortless approach to Meditation. The intention is to open up your capacity for freedom and ease.
