The 300 Harrow Road scheme completed in winter 2023. 77 homes are designated for social rent and 35 at London Living Rent levels, making this scheme 100% affordable homes for the community.
The scheme also benefits from improved landscaping at its centre. A new canal-side landscape area improves connectivity between Harrow Road and the canal ensuring people can enjoy this important local amenity.
A local lettings plan has enabled those nearby households on our housing waiting list to move into a new council home at the development.

- Summer 2021: construction begins at 300 Harrow Road
- July 2021: cranes brought on site
- May 2022: tallest point of buildings complete
- Winter 2023: construction finishes
- Winter 2023/2024: residents move into new homes
