Private Rented Property Licensing Consultation

We are committed to building a fairer, safer, and greener community, and we need your feedback to help shape our future. We are proposing a new property licensing scheme aimed at improving the management of privately rented homes and tackling issues such as antisocial behaviour and poor housing conditions. Whether you are a resident, tenant, landlord, letting agent, student, business owner, or part of an organisation, your opinion matters.
