Inside Out grant programme application form

Before you begin your application, please make sure you have the following ready:

• when the project will start and end
• a description of your project and what it hopes to achieve
• how your project will benefit the participants
• how success will be measured
• a project plan with key dates and milestones
• any documents or images to upload that may support your application, including letters demonstrating partner venue support
• an outline of how you intend to spend the money if successful
• information about any other funding streams you may have applied for or be in receipt of
