Ernest Harriss House Community Hub operator funding application process
Find out about our first full hub, how to apply to be the operator, and deliver a range of activities, services and opportunities.
About the opportunity
We are launching our first full community hub at Ernest Harriss House, in Maida Vale Ward. It will serve residents in the immediate local area and across North Paddington, including the Harrow Road and Westbourne wards
Ernest Harriss House Community Hub has been co-designed through direct engagement with local residents and partners. This process has identified priorities it should respond to, the activities and services it should provided, how the space is designed, and what type of organisation should run it.
We are looking for a creative, resourceful, mission-driven and collaborative organisation to operate Ernest Harriss House Community Hub:
- from January 2025 to December 2029
- through a grant award process of up to £110k per annum
- with full rent relief and service charges covered for at least the first two years
This is the first full hub in Westminster, and we are keen to work in close partnership with the successful operator to learn, improve and strengthen our approaches together.
Before applying, please read the funding prospectus and the application guidance attached below. This will tell you about the full criteria of the opportunity, your eligibility, and the application process.
