Service Self-service reservations	Charge standard: £1.10 concessions: 65p 16 to 17 years: 55p reservation of CDs: free British Library (incl. choral sets and orchestral sets): an additional: £14 university libraries items and inter-library loans outside UK: £13 Customers with disabilities preventing them from using computer terminals are entitled to requests at the self-service concessionary rate. Service Reservation of periodical articles	Charge standard: £1.10 plus 10p per page concessions: 55p plus 10p per page periodicals from British Library: £7 plus 10p per page	Westminster City Save card charge standard: 90p plus 8p per page concessions: 45p plus 8p per page
Service Other reservation fees	Charge homework items reserved by anyone 17 and under are free audio materials to blind or partially sighted users and Home Library Service customers are free	Westminster City Save card charge
