Paddington Green Major Works (project T160)

We are planning a project of repairs and redecorations at a number of blocks in the Paddington Green area.

You can read the scope of work here. Although the work varies from block to block, the work covers the following key areas:

• Balcony repair and replacement works.    
• Roof repairs or replacement depending on the block.
• Asphalt repairs to communal walkways.
• Window repairs.
• External repairs and decoration.      
• Internal communal area repairs and redecoration.
• Emergency lighting and electrical work including lateral mains. 

We will continue to keep you updated on the project, including any revised timescales for starting the work.
