Westminster City Council is part of Open Digital Planning - a community of Local Planning Authorities that are committed to transforming planning into a data-driven digital system.

This webpage is a depositary of planning data published in accordance with the government's guidance on planning data standards.

Article 4 Datasets

These datasets are about article 4 directions. These are directions from local planning authorities to withdraw specified permitted development rights across a defined area.

Conservation Area Datasets

These datasets show the locations of and documents regarding conservation areas. Conservation areas are designated to safeguard areas of special architectural and historic interest, the character and appearance of which it is desirable to preserve and enhance.

Listed Building Datasets

This dataset is about buildings listed on the National Heritage List for England because of their historical or architectural importance.

Tree Preservation Order Datasets

These datasets are about tree preservation orders (TPOs). These are orders made by local planning authorities to protect specific trees, groups of trees or woodlands.
