The submission version of the Maida Hill Neighbourhood Plan has been submitted by Maida Hill Neighbourhood Forum to the council for consultation.
The plan includes policies on a range of matters, including commercial and mixed-use development, affordable housing, design and heritage, active and healthy travel, and the public realm and environment. If adopted, the Plan will become part of Westminster’s statutory development plan and will be used alongside the council’s own planning documents and the Mayor’s London Plan in determining planning applications in the Maida Hill Neighbourhood Area.
Representations on the Plan were invited from 30 September to 5pm on 11 November 2024. Further details about the consultation and how representations were made can be viewed in this guidance note.
Next steps
The proposed Plan and representations will be submitted to an Independent Examiner. They will determine whether the Plan meets a number of statutory tests (‘Basic Conditions’).
