About the ZEN
Zero Emissions Network (ZEN) is an award-winning air quality liaison initiative that:
- helps people save money
- reduce emissions
- improve local air quality
It does this by offering:
- free advice
- resources
- e-cargo bike grants
- free trials
- other supporting services
The scheme is supported by the Mayor of London.
Westminster, City of London, and Newham joined existing partners Hackney and Waltham Forest in April 2024. The five boroughs will be working on several projects in the next three years.

Join the Westminster scheme
Businesses and residents in Westminster are invited to join the existing 3,000 ZEN members. The network has already helped nearly 100 businesses, including electricians, florists and hairdressers, to switch to cargo or e-bikes in Hackney and Tower Hamlets. The network also offers free advice and services to help people switch to low emission transport. Browse all the ZEN offers.
Joining ZEN is free for businesses and residents and gives access to the ''ZENCARD''. The card offers discounts to members of the network with exclusive offers from other members. This not only helps encourage business to business sales, but it also supports the local economy. Find out more and join ZEN.
