AB103 is a programme of internal and external planned maintenance works for both tenanted and leasehold street properties. The identified works consist of internal and external redecoration of all rendered surfaces and previously painted surfaces, brick cleaning and repairs, repairs to private balcony decks and railings, window repair works, and roof repair and replacement work.
