Project outline
As part of our commitment to improving fire safety in your home we delivered a range of fire safety works at 108-132 Westbourne Terrace.
The scope of work includes:
- Upgrading or replacing communal fire doors
- New tenant flat entrance doors, with opt in for leaseholders
- Upgrading of fire stopping to communal areas
- Installing automatic fire detection (AFD) within each flat
- Improving emergency exit signage.
At the start of 2018, we entered a ten-year partnering contract with two contractors to deliver major works across the City. The contractor appointed to deliver the works in and around your home is United Living.
At present United Living began work in January 2023 and finished later in the year.
